This year, the airport sakura garden features over a hundred cherry blossom trees, some of which have already started blooming. They are expected to be in full bloom until the end of March. Even if you visited the airport sakura garden last year, you'll still feel refreshed this year as the garden has expanded to the seaside to create the 'Sakura Coast'! The new garden also features lounge chairs where you can relax and enjoy the flowers while taking in the natural beauty of Tung Chung Bay.
The dreamy pink sakura walkway is comfortable and easy to walk on, with sakura trees that are adapted to Hong Kong's climate planted on both sides. It's like being surrounded by a sea of pink flowers, making it one of the hottest spots for spring flower viewing. You can also take photos with the blooming sakura and the moving Ngong Ping Cable Cars as your backdrop, or ride the cable car to get a bird's-eye view of the stunning sakura flower sea from the air, offering yet another unique perspective.
